How does the SMS allowance work?▼
Each plan includes a monthly pool of SMS messages (sent + received). For example, Starter includes 300 total messages—roughly one daily check-in conversation per project. You can use messages flexibly across all your active projects.
What if I do not use all my projects?▼
You keep the full monthly SMS allowance. If you only actively use 2 projects, you can apply the entire message pool to those—meaning more frequent check-ins where it matters most.
Can I add more SMS messages?▼
Yes! Add SMS 500 (+500 messages for $15/mo) or SMS 1000 (+1,000 messages for $25/mo). These add-ons increase your total monthly pool and work across all projects.
Is my data private and secure?▼
Absolutely. Your messages and project data are encrypted and never shared with third parties. We only use your information to provide the Mory service. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I cancel anytime?▼
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
